Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnySearch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AnySearch provides AI-powered search infrastructure, including a unified API for accessing multiple data sources, intent routing, quality scoring, and structured output generation. This is a digital SaaS product. Payment confirmation instantly grants access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person unless explicitly permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Scraping or unauthorized collection of content
• Generate spam or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service to train competing AI or ML models
• Mass scrape or systematically collect model outputs
• Present AI-generated content as human-produced professional advice (e.g., lawyer, doctor, financial advisor)

5. API Keys and Authentication

• API keys are provided for authentication and quota tracking
• You must keep API keys secure and not share them publicly
• You are responsible for all usage under your API keys
• We may revoke keys if they are compromised or used in violation of these Terms

6. Subscription and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You authorize AnySearch to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Online (recommended): Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
• Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email to cancel@agentsearch.tech

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, refunds are generally not provided, except in the following cases:

• 7-Day Guarantee for New Subscribers: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first charge, provided usage does not exceed [X]% of the plan quota
• Duplicate Charges: Full refund for duplicate charges caused by billing errors
• Verified Service Interruption (72+ hours): Pro-rata refund or credit for extended downtime caused by us
• Legal Rights: Statutory withdrawal or refund rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) are preserved

To request a refund, email refunds@agentsearch.tech with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Non-refundable: Used subscription periods (except above cases), annual subscription refund requests made 30 days after initial purchase, and accounts closed for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact billing@agentsearch.tech before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

10. AI Content & Intellectual Property

10.1 Output Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under this Terms.

10.2 Input Content License

By submitting content to our service ("Input Content"), you grant AnySearch a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.

10.3 Third-Party AI Model Disclosure

This service uses third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to Flux, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other mainstream AI models. Output content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.

10.4 AI Output Accuracy Disclaimer

⚠️ AI Generated Content Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before taking action based on AI content.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Importantly, we do NOT log or store your search queries — they are processed and discarded immediately. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant) and is never stored on our servers.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party data sources and AI model providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYSEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnySearch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnySearch is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
